All gift vouchers are valid for 36 months from date of purchase in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Redemption period excludes Christmas, New Year and January high season when seven-night minimum stays apply.
The value of the voucher can be applied to stays of longer nights, with any difference payable at time of booking.
NB 5 night minimum stays apply in school holidays and 3 nights for public holiday long weekends.
Mailing of physical vouchers is included to Australian addresses only.
Vouchers cannot be transferred.
